The equipment adopts a nitrogen closed system to prevent the adhesive liquid from curing prematurely in contact with air, reduce the generation of waste glue, and the operator does not need to contact harmful substances.

The curing of PUR adhesive is divided into two stages: physical cooling and chemical cross-linking. The initial strength can be formed within a few minutes (such as 3M's 6316 series only takes 5 minutes). No drying equipment is required, and the production line speed can reach 25m/min, which significantly shortens the process cycle.

The equipment has low energy consumption, the thermal efficiency of electromagnetic induction heating is greater than 95%, and no additional heat curing furnace is required. The comprehensive energy consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared with the traditional process.

Excellent bonding performance

The fully cured PUR adhesive layer forms a three-dimensional cross-linked structure, which is resistant to high temperature (long-term tolerance of -40°C to 120°C), resistant to chemical solvents, and has better impact resistance than ordinary hot melt adhesives (such as 3M TS230 series).

It is suitable for a variety of substrates, including plastics, metals, glass, wood, etc., especially in precision fields such as narrow-frame electronic devices (such as mobile phone screens) and car door panels.

Operation process of PUR hot melt glue machine

1. When using PUR hot melt glue machine, press the heating plate into the glue barrel from top to bottom, and the heating plate is located above the glue.

2. When the PUR hot melt glue heating plate is heated, only the upper layer of PUR glue contacts the heating plate, so that it reaches the melting point and melts. At this time, the lower part of the glue barrel is not heated, and the amount required during production is melted to avoid aging and deterioration of the glue due to long-term heating.
