Wahrheit hot melt machines comply with ISO 9001-2015 quality management certification and CE standards. They also meet relevant EU electrical safety requirements. Before shipping, every unit undergoes strict factory testing.

During production, we follow standardized manufacturing procedures and carry out quality control from raw materials through final delivery. Each machine goes through 110 production processes and 74 inspection processes, followed by multiple tests in our professional testing room. The testing process covers temperature control accuracy, glue supply stability and overall system reliability. We also conduct 7×24-hour aging tests before shipment to further check the equipment.
