From April 16th to 18th, Wahrheits participated in the 32nd CIDPEX in Wuhan. Wahrheits sincerely congratulate that the exhibition has been successfully concluded. This exhibition set up five exhibition areas including household paper products, hygiene products, raw materials and auxiliary materials, equipment and tools, and health care and nursing care, covering the entire industrial chain of the household paper products and hygiene products industry. It comprehensively showcased the cutting-edge developments and innovative achievements in the industry. There were many domestic and foreign visitors attending the exhibition on site.
At this exhibition,Wahrheits shoucased CF20 Servo Quantitative Sizing System Hot Melt Adhesive Machine, S12 Melter with Flow Closed-Loop Control System, NG liquid sprayer ,spray guns and a lot of spare parts.
●CF20 Servo Quantitative Sizing System Hot Melt Adhesive Machine ,with servo control system,intelligent glue volume conversion accounting ,direct input of glue grams,available in line speed number,number of pieces of speed and other modes,the amount of glue control is more accurate,the systerm is stable and reliable,can be equipped with a maximum of 8 motors,8 servo motors,comprehensively improve the response speed of the pump operation,so that the prodoction is more worry-free,and is committed to a better product experience.
●S12 Melter with Flow Closed-Loop Control System is designed for precise and demanding hot melt adhesive spraying applications. Adopting imported dual PLC intelligent control system, with a variety of flow and pressure control options, scientific and precise glue control to reduce the production of raw material , thus effectively reducing production costs. This series of hot melt adhesive machine is more suitable for the newer development needs of the non-woven industry ,and is at the leading level of the industry.
●NG liquid sprayer is an intelligent and simple system ,easy to operate,full-featured, can be flexibly assembled in different industrial fields, suitable for a variety of ambient liquid spraying operations, such as : perfume,disinfectant and so on.

1.Sanitary Napkin/Panty Liner Production
●Multi-layer material bonding: It is used to fix components such as the surface non-woven fabric, absorbent core, and leak-proof bottom film, ensuring a stable and soft structure.
●Elastic waist tape and wing fixation: By applying dots or strips of adhesive, elastic materials (such as elastic bands) are bonded to non-woven fabric to enhance comfort and leakage prevention.
2.Disposable diapers
●Core structure bonding: Bonding high molecular absorption resin (SAP) with non-woven fabric to form an efficient absorption layer.
●Elastic waist and leg openings fit: Precise adhesive application to fix the elastic components, preventing displacement or detachment.
●Velcro (hook-and-loop fastener) installation: Use hot melt adhesive instead of sewing to simplify the process and enhance durability.
3.Medical protective supplies
●Mask ear loop bonding: Rapidly bond the ear loops to the mask body (such as the meltblown fabric layer), meeting the demands of high-speed production lines.
●Seam sealing of surgical gowns / protective clothing: Replacing traditional sewing, seamless bonding is achieved, enhancing protection and comfort.
4.Adult incontinence products and pet care pads
●Leak-proof edge bonding: Apply adhesive along the edges to create a leak-proof barrier while maintaining the softness of the product.
●Absorption core and bottom film fixation: Ensure no leakage of liquid and no deformation during long-term use.
5.Wet wipes / Tissue wipes packaging seal
●Packaging bag sealing: Sealed by hot melt adhesive to ensure airtightness and prevent contamination by chemical solvents.
