Features :

· There is O-ring seal between the groove of heating plate and the inner ring of rubber barrel, so that the molten liquid colloid does not contact with air, which solves the problem that the adhesive such as pur cannot contact with air when melting.

· Variable speed motors and various flow pumps are used to customize for specific manufacturing requirements.

· The position sensor shows the position of the pressure plate in the barrel, the low glue position and the empty barrel trigger the alarm and end all actions.

· Apply Te flon coating on the outer surface of the heating plate to prevent carbonization, ensure good gum and reduce blockage.

· The gear pump and motor are connected by universal joint, which ensures the stability and uniformity of the rubber machine in high-speed operation.
