· There is a 0 ring seal between the groove ofthe heating disc and the inner ring of the rubber barrel, which makes the molten liquid colloid not in contact with the air,solves the problem this can not be in contact with the air when melting
· Use variable speed motors and various flow pumps to tailor to specific manufacturing requirements
· Position sensor shows the position of the pressure plate in the barrel, low glue level and empty barrel trigger alarm and end all actions
· Heat the outer surface of the disk with Teflon coating to prevent carbonation,ensure good colloid, reduce blockage
