The following is the production process of hot melt adhesive spraying equipment customized for you by Wahrheit's professional team:

⒈ Understand the process requirements (sealing speed, bonding strength, hygiene standards) of the industry (such as packaging, automobile, medical) where the machine is used

2. Determine the equipment throughput according to the production line speed (such as the number of packages per minute)

3. Select the spray gun (glue gun supports ultra-high-speed intermittent spraying) or mold (slit coating, roller) according to the process

4. Adjust the spray trajectory (such as three-dimensional path planning), curing time and other parameters until the qualified rate of the finished product is ≥99.5%

5. Build a small batch production line prototype, and conduct accelerated aging, shear strength (such as automotive glue requires ≥4.06MPa) and hot and cold cycle tests

6. Pack and ship, provide operation manuals, fault tree analysis diagrams and guide customers to master parameter adjustments
