PUR5 hot melt adhesive machine system has perfect alarmfunction, hot melt temperature and glue supply speed can be set, lowtemperature and high temperature protection function. The surface ofthe pressure plate is treated with multi-layer Teflon, the sealing ring ofthe melt rubber plate is made of perfluorinated rubber, the hightemperature resistance can reach 250,the corrosion resistance caneffectively prevent any material from sticking, and the cleaningis easy.
Features :
· There is O-ring seal between the groove of heating plate and the inner ring of rubber barrel, so that the molten liquid colloid does not contact with air, which solves the problem that the adhesive such as pur cannot contact with air when melting.
· Use variable speed motors and various flow pumps to tailor to specific manufacturing requirements.
· The position sensor shows the position of the pressure plate in the barrel, the low glue position and the empty barrel trigger the alarm and end all actions.
· Heat the outer surface of the disk with Teflon coating to preventcarbonation,ensure good colloid,reduce blockage.
· The connection mode of gear pump and motor is universal joint, which ensures the stability and uniformityofrubbermachinein high speed operation.

Pre - operation Preparation
Check the exterior of the equipment for any damage. Ensure all components are securely connected and that the power cord is free of breaks or frays.
1.Glue Material Check: Confirm that the hot - melt glue used meets the equipment's requirements. Pour the glue into the melting cylinder, taking care not to exceed the maximum capacity line.
2.Power Connection: Plug the equipment's power cord into a suitable power socket and turn on the power switch.
Temperature Setting
1.Overall Temperature Range Setting: Press the one - key setting button on the control panel to enter the overall temperature range setting interface.
